Chef Turned Chemical Specialist
Cleanliness is always an issue in the hospitality industry. Nothing will turn a guest quicker around or bring a inspection penalty more swiftly than unsanitary conditions. Nothing will turn off a patron faster than a dirty glass or silverware Restaurants, hotels, country clubs, commercial laundries, catering venues – they all have one very crucial need in common: the need for a clean and healthy environment. 35 years ago, after earning a degree in Hospitality and Culinary Management and completing year’s training as a chef, I decided to switch paths slightly and dedicate myself to the sanitation side of the food service industry.
Easy-to-Follow Systems
I have spent 35 years developing customized sanitation solutions for a wide range of establishments. As you might imagine, I believe I know my way around the block. I know what works and what doesn’t. In short, I help establishments put in place easy-to-follow systems that will keep your property clean and up to code. I follow ServSafe Standards, NSF, SQF as well as local sanitation codes. In consultation with management, I select the appropriate cleaning products for your facility, establish a customized cleaning process with hands-on training, wall charts, etc., and then design an affordable, on-going maintenance routine that assures your site’s cleanliness and lets you rest easy.
Put Your Mind at Ease
Pre COVID-Cleanliness was an issue in all food-related industries. Nothing would turn a customer away faster, or a penalty more swiftly than unsanitary conditions. In 2020 that is all being magnified as a virus has practically paralyzed this nation.
Today I also help breweries, dairies, seafood processors, and food production. If you need a first-class program let us review your current situation, time frame, and budget.
If you are in the New England or New York area I will either personally or have an associate help you and your establishment with your concerns.
